This privacy policy covers the website ireland.yogaindailylife.org and the enquiries you send us about our yoga classes in Ireland. We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than those described here.

Site Visit Data

When you visit this website, the web server records your IP address, the type of browser you use, the date and time of your visit, the pages you access and the address of the page you came from. We use this information only to run the website securely and to detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes.

We will not identify users or their browsing activities, and will not disclose this information to third parties, except when a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs. The website is hosted on a server of Leaseweb in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Cookies, Analytics and Fonts

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. All style sheets and images are loaded from our own server, and the page uses fonts already installed on your device, so your browser does not connect to Google or any other third party when you open this page.

Contacting Us and Booking a Class

If you call or email us to book a place or ask a question, we use your name, phone number or email address only to answer you and to organise your participation in the class (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your details will not be added to a mailing list, used for any other purpose or disclosed without your consent. While you must give us a way to reach you, we recommend that you do not include any other personal information.

Our email runs on Google Workspace. Google Ireland Limited processes these emails on our behalf as a processor. The data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, through Google's sub-processors, possibly in other countries under Google's transfer terms.

Links to Other Websites

This website links to Google Maps, Facebook, YouTube and other Yoga in Daily Life websites. No data is sent to these services when you view our page; this only happens if you select one of these links. You then leave our website and the privacy policy of that service applies.

Links to other websites do not mean that the Fellowship approves, endorses or recommends them, and we are not responsible for their content.

Your Rights

You can at any time ask for a copy of the personal information the Fellowship holds about you (subject access request). We answer such requests within one month of receipt. You can also ask us to correct, complete, block or delete your personal data, or object to its processing.

If you suspect that your personal data is processed in a way that is contrary to the protection of your private life or violates the law, you can ask the Fellowship for an explanation and demand that it remedies the situation. You also have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority: the Data Protection Authority of the Republic of Austria (Datenschutzbehörde), or the authority in the EU country where you live – in Ireland the Data Protection Commission.

We have taken technical and organisational precautions to protect personal data from unauthorised access and misuse. The connection to this website is encrypted.
